Egypt Tourz Terms of Service

To Secure Payment:

In order to secure payment, Egypt Tourz must be notified of your request. A company representative will contact you to discuss arrangements, make final decisions, and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You will need to confirm these details and pay Egypt Tourz the detailed deposit by bank transfer or PayPal (Visa or MasterCard accepted) using a credit card. 

Modulation by the Client:

Changes to the original reservation are subject to availability. Once full payment has been received or a voucher has been issued, no administration fee will be charged, except for ticket air travel changes. 

Payment Policy:

Reservations need to be made as early as possible to book the preferred holiday. Place on a specific trip will be reserved upon receipt of 25% of the total payment. This payment will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year vacations and tour packages that include airfare. This deposit counts as a section of your remaining payment. Deposits can be made through a financial institution wire switch or despatched by using PayPal or paid the usage of a credit score card (Visa or MasterCard). Payment needs to be obtained within 7 days of booking.

For Easter & Christmas times prices will be increased by 20-30%

Payment by Credit Card Requirements:

We understand that providing your credit card information can be a sensitive process, so we want to assure you that all documents will be kept secure and confidential. We are here to make the payment process as easy and convenient for you as possible. If paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, we require a signed authorization letter allowing us to withdraw the required amount from your credit card.
The signature must match that appearing on your passport or ID in order for us to proceed with completing your request. You may fax or email this document directly to Egypt Tourz or provide it upon arrival at the airport when meeting with one of our representatives.

Cancellation:

Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Refunds:

At our company, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of customer service. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and always strive to provide the best services possible. As such, any refunds that are issued will be processed back to the same account and using the same payment method as was used for the original purchase. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made in cases where a reservation is not honored or when customers do not show up for their booking. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience but thank you for your understanding of this policy and appreciate your patronage of our services!

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, our prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin-sharing). Single occupancy rooms are available at an additional supplementary rate. We have carefully selected hotels and lodges to ensure quality accommodation; should the chosen hotel or lodge not be available, we will reserve a similar one of equal quality. All published prices include tariffs and other costs applicable at the time of printing and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Flights:

Domestic Flights

Our programs are designed to provide customers with an average price quote for flights and approximate timings. However, requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total package cost. We understand that travelers’ needs can change and we strive to accommodate all requests while providing the best value possible.

International Flights

If needed, Egypt Tourz can assist you with overseas flights.

Responsibility:

This policy is essential to the company’s ability to provide a safe and reliable travel experience. Limiting its liability in the event of an accident, illness, delay, or other unforeseen circumstance ensures that all participants are able to enjoy their journey without fear of unexpected costs. Additionally, this policy helps protect against any acts of God or government which may be out of our control but could still lead to costly losses for travelers. As such, this policy should be taken seriously by all involved in order for everyone’s safety and security during their travels.

Special Requests:

It is in the best interest of both the client and the company to ensure that any special requests are communicated at the time of booking. This allows for a better understanding between parties, as well as an opportunity for suppliers to make necessary accommodations. Although it cannot be guaranteed that all special requests will be met, communicating them early on gives everyone involved a chance to work together towards finding solutions or alternatives if need be. Furthermore, notifying clients when their request cannot be fulfilled ensures they are aware and can make other arrangements accordingly. Ultimately, informing the company about any special requests during booking facilitates smoother transactions overall and helps avoid misunderstandings down the line which could result in disappointment or dissatisfaction with services provided by either party.

Children Policy:

  • Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels

Under 2 years old: free of charge

Under 6 years old: 25% of the total tour cost for an individual

Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an individual

All children 12 or older are considered adults.

If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

  • Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions

Under 6 years old: free of charge

Under 12 years old: 50% of the total tour cost for an individual

All children 12 or older are considered adults.

If your sightseeing trips include domestic planes or ferry boats, your child may be charged an additional fee.

Tipping:

Tipping is a great way to show your gratitude and appreciation for a job well done. It can be an expression of satisfaction with the service you received, and it lets staff know that their hard work was noticed and appreciated. There is no obligation to tip, but if you are willing to do so then it will be greatly appreciated by staff who often rely on tips as part of their income. So next time you receive excellent service from someone in the hospitality industry, consider showing your gratitude with a small tip – it could make all the difference!

Complaints:

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your trip to Egypt, it is important that you contact Egypt Tourz immediately. Most problems can be solved quickly and efficiently when dealt with swiftly. If your problem persists, then it is wise to call the chairman of the company while still on tour for an immediate resolution; however, if this does not suffice then writing to the Egyptian Travel Agent Association once back home will ensure a satisfactory outcome.
Lastly, should all else fail and no adequate solution has been provided by either Egypt Tourz or The Egyptian Travel Agent Association then referring your complaint directly to The Ministry Of Tourism in Cairo may finally provide some closure regarding any issues experienced during your stay in Egypt.

General Terms of Use:

  1. The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt are clear and concise when it comes to any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this website. It is essential that you read and understand these rules before using our services, as they will be used to settle any issues that may arise.
  2. Furthermore, minors under 16 years old are prohibited from registering as a user on this website and making payments for products/services through PayPal with Visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD only.
  3. As such, all cardholders should keep copies of the records of their transactions along with our merchant policies & rules so that they can refer back if necessary.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, is a binding agreement that both parties must adhere to. By paying a deposit or final payment via bank transfer or credit card, tour participants are indicating they have read and accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. It is important for everyone involved to understand their obligations under this contract so that any disputes can be avoided down the line. The company should make sure all clients are aware of what they are signing up for before agreeing to it; likewise, clients should take time to read through each clause carefully before committing themselves financially. In doing so we can ensure our mutual understanding and satisfaction with regard to this contractual arrangement between us both!
